Product Availability

All items displayed by JustMe.ie are subject to availability. If you place an order, this will be your offer to purchase the items from us. We will acknowledge your order as soon as possible but will be under no obligation to supply the products ordered unless we have the products in stock and they are available at the prices specified.

If items that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay or the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order. We will not supply a substitute product without your express authority. Once an item is sold out it will be taken off the online shop at the earliest opportunity.

Pricing Policy

All prices shown within the JustMe.ie online shop are in Euro and are inclusive of VAT.

All pricing subject to change. For all prices, products and offers, JustMe reserves the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements and other extenuating circumstances.

The purchaser shall not be entitled to make any deductions from the price in respect of any set-of or counter claim unless both the validity and the amount thereof have been admitted by the seller in writing.

We endeavour to present the most recent, accurate, and reliable information on our online shop at all times. However, there may be occasions when some of our featured items are selected in limited quantities and, because of their limited availability; these items may not always be available. The colour of our products that you see on this online shop depends on the display and colour capabilities of your particular computer monitor and may not be the exact colour or representation of the actual merchandise. Please understand that we have made every effort to display the products featured on JustMe.ie online shop as accurately as possible, but we cannot be responsible for the colour accuracy of your monitor.

Purchasing/Delivery

An acknowledgement of your order will be sent by e-mail. We also aim to dispatch all orders within two working days subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of items. Please note that you must supply us with a valid email address in your order to receive your electronic order confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

Please contact us immediately through the contact form if you'd like to cancel your order.

If the order is cancelled within hours of placement and has not yet been processed a full refund will be given.

If the order was shipped we are pleased to offer a 100% guarantee that if you are dissatisfied in any way with the products you have ordered, we will exchange them or provide a refund less the shipping cost to the amount of €5.

The goods should be returned unworn, all labels intact and all garments should be in a proper resaleable condition and are required to be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Please note : You must contact us via email at returns@justme.ie BEFORE returning any items. All items returned without contacting us will NOT be eligible for exchange or refund .

It is advisable to send returned items by registered post and keep your proof of postage certificate, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility (if not stated otherwise) and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

Sales & Discounted items

All sales or discounted items are final sale and are subject to availability. No return, exchange, price adjustments or cancellations will be accepted.

Payment can be made securely online by Visa, Master Card or PayPal account. The credit card that is being used must be yours. All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. We also reserve the right to cancel your order.
