Find the perfect fit We all know that when a bra doesn't fit, it does nothing for our figure – neither will it be comfortable. Shockingly, more than 70% of women wear ill-fitting lingerie. Are you one of them? Well, don't lose sleep about this because we have a few easy steps that will help you once again feel confident and comfortable. Measurement guide When it comes to lingerie, there are two key measurement components: band size (such as 32, 34, 36) and cup size (the A, B, Cs). Taken together, these make two entirely separate scales where cups are relative to the band size. What it means is that B cups in 32, 34 or 36 band size won't be the same. So if you need to go up with your band size, you more than likely will need to decrease the cup size and the same other way around. That's why we need to give special care to our measuring process, doing so regularly, and bearing in mind this relationship between bands and cups. But lets get to the point: To have a more accurate result, try to wear your best-fitting unpadded bra (bra serves here as a marker so you know where to measure) and if possible use someone else help to measure you up – it's easier and faster to do this. Band size – using measuring tape, estimate the length around your rib cage just under your breasts. Make sure that the measuring tape lies flat against the skin and is in a straight line across the body. Round up or down to the nearest whole inch. If the number is even, add four inches. If the rounded measurement is odd, then add five inches (29"+5"=34"). The final number is equal to your band size. When using centimeters follow the chart below:
Underband (cm) | Bra Size | 63-67 | 30" | 68-72 | 32" | 73-77 | 34" | 78-82 | 36" | 83-87 | 38" | 88-92 | 40" | 93-97 | 42" |
Cup size – standing with your arms at your sides, measure around your body at the fullest part of your breasts. Round this number up or down to the nearest whole inch. Subtract your first initial band size from the second, larger measurement. The difference is your cup size, as listed in the chart below.
Difference | Cup size | 0”- ½ ” | AA | ½” – 1” | A | 1” – 2 ½ ” | B | 2 ½ “ – 3 ½ ” | C | 3 ½ “ – 4 ½ ” | D | 4 ½ “ – 5 ½ ” | E or DD | 5 ½ “ – 6 ½ ” | F or DDD | 7 | G | 8” | H |

Bra fittings tips ∞ If you are wearing a good fitting bra, you should not feel you are wearing one at all. ∞ If the band on the back of the bra rides up, then the band of the bra is too big – you need a smaller back size. ∞ If the under wire is digging in under your armpit, your bra cup is too small. The under-wire should encase the breast, not dig into it. ∞ If the bra straps dig in, your bra is to big around the body and not big enough in the cup. This causes you to pull the straps up too tight for support. ∞ If your breasts are falling out of the bottom of the under-wire, the band of your bra is too big and the cup is too small. ∞ If your breast overspills out of your bra, you need to increase your cup size, until you have a smoother silhouette under clothes. Remember A properly fitted bra can transform the way you look and the way you feel about yourself. Panty Aid Measure your size by placing a measuring tape around the natural break in your waist.

What does "One Size" mean? This means that one size fits most. These items are usually made with stretchable material and/or come with adjustable straps making them capable of fitting an array of body shapes and sizes. If you are at either end of the size ranges, particularly at the upper end, then you may want to avoid the "one size" styles.
